Sales appointment
CORPORATE Communications, publisher of the Hobart Observer, has appointed Tracey Wright to the position of advertising sales executive.
Tracey joins the editorial and advertising team at the Hobart Observer after seven years at News Corp Australia where she sold print advertising for the weekly Tasmanian Country rural newspaper.
Tracey said she was looking forward to continuing her newspaper sales career at Corporate Communications, which also publishes the Glenorchy Gazette and Eastern Shore Sun.
“I am very much looking forward to working with local businesses, helping them to achieve sales growth through advertising in our newspapers,” she said.
The managing director of Corporate Communications, Nicolas Turner, said Tracey had more than 14-years’ sales experience, both face-to-face and over the phone/email, and would be a valuable member of the consultancy’s newspaper production team.
“She has a proven track record and significant newspaper sales experience which will be invaluable for the publications division of the consultancy going forward,” he said.
Please do not hesitate to contact Tracey on telephone 6210 5201 or email advertising@tempusi68.sg-host.com to discuss your advertising requirements.
