Terms and conditions
Entry is open to residents of Tasmania aged 18 years and over.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
One entry per person per newspaper edition unless otherwise stated.
To enter, participants must nominate their favourite real estate agent and provide the required contact details as well as the newspaper they are reading. Email Advertising@hobartobserver.com.au, Advertising@glenorchygazette.com.au, Advertising@easternshoresun.com.au OR tag or mention them in that newspapers socials.
All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw for a $50 Woolworths Gift Card (one winner per participating newspaper).
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Winners will be selected at random after the competition closes and contacted using the details provided.
If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
By entering, participants agree that their first name, suburb and comments may be published in print, online or on social media in connection with the promotion.
The judges’ decision regarding the community favourite is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entry considered fraudulent, offensive or inconsistent with the spirit of the competition.
The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary.
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.
Employees of the Hobart Observer, Glenorchy Gazette, Eastern Shore Sun and their immediate families are not eligible to win the prize draw.
Glenorchy Gazette winner’s will be announced Monday 17 August 2026.
Hobart Observer winner’s will be announced Monday 24 August 2026.
Eastern Shore Sun winner’s will be announced Monday 31 August 2026.
