Healthy Hobart is back

IT’S time to officially wave goodbye to the winter hibernation habits and sun salute spring and summer with the Healthy Hobart initiative returning for its fourth year.

The popular program, which has been attended by more than 2000 people, returns with a new bunch of exercise activities for those who feel their muscles need a bit of a stretch and are ready to set their inner child free to have some fun.

Come along to free sessions happening in Hobart’s parks and reserves, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Favourites such as yoga, tai chi and kite flying will be back, alongside some new come-and-try classes.
