A summer Taste sensation
THOUSANDS poured through the gates to soak up the sunshine and sample the fare on offer during the 27th Taste of Tasmania festival at Princes Wharf 1 and surrounds.
Highlights of the seven-day event, which ran from 28 December 2015 through to 3 January 2016, included roving circus-style performers and street buskers, free music entertainment on the main stage, an outdoor twilight cinema, culinary sessions with top local foodies, a new “paddock” area and 63 stalls showcasing the best of Tasmania’s food, beers and ciders.
The City of Hobart thanks all stallholders, sponsors and patrons for their support of Tasmania’s premier annual summer event.
