THE City of Hobart has updated its customer service charter and wants to know what you think of it.
The new draft charter is a simple and straightforward explanation of the City’s service principles and what you can expect as a customer, including maximum waiting times for action on your requests for information or action.
Visit https://yoursay.hobartcity.com.au to fill out the survey by 21 December 2017.
If you don’t have access to the Internet, you can read the draft charter at the Hobart Council Centre on the corner of Elizabeth and Davey Streets and provide your response in writing to GPO Box 503, Hobart TAS 7001.
The Council will consider your feedback when it is making a decision about a final customer service charter early in the New Year.
